How to Make Instant Pot Tea:
- Add water, milk, tea powder, ginger, cardamom powder and sugar to the pot
- Secure the lid, close the pressure valve and cook for 10 minutes at high pressure.
- When instant pot beeps, let the pressure release naturally and turn on Saute mode and bring tea to boil for 2-3mins to get good color.

- 2 cup Milk, used 2%
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 tsp Tea powder
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar, adjust to taste
Instructions
- Add water, milk, tea powder, ginger, cardamom powder and sugar to the pot

Notes
- Make sure you have washed your lid prior to making chai, otherwise your chai will taste and smell like the last thing you cooked.
- I suggest to keep separate silicon lid for sweet recipes.
