Peanut chat is healthy and delicious recipe. In this recipe you boil peanuts and combine them with finely chopped onions, tomatos, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and spices.

It’s really very easy to make this Indian peanut chat recipe. If making in advance, boil peanuts and store them in the refrigerator. When you are ready to serve add chopped onions, tomatos, coriander, lemon juice and spices and all the spices, salt and toss them together in a bowl.
Peanuts are rich in the vitamins niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, choline, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin E and rich in minerals like magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, iron, copper, and selenium.
How to make Boiled Peanut Chat- Instant Pot
- Soak Peanuts in the water for 2hours if possible, or soak it in a hot water for an hour.
- Drain soaked water and add peanuts to the instant pot and add 2 cups of water to the peanuts.
- Close the lid on the pot, and turn pressure valve to SEALING position. Pressure Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once the pot beeps, wait till the pressure releases naturally. Then, open the lid, drain the water and transfer the peanuts to bowl.
- Then, Add Chopped onion, tomato’s, green chilles, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala powder, salt, lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients together with boiled peanuts and ready to serve.

- 1 ½ cup Soaked peanuts
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli, chopped
- 3 tsb lemon juice
- 1 tbs Red chilli powder
- ½ tbs Cumin powder
- ½ tbs Chat masala powder
- 1 tbs Salt adjust to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Soak Peanuts in the water for 2hours if possible, or soak it in a hot water for an hour.
