Chilli Garlic Paneer Home style
Chilli Garlic Paneer is a quick and delicious starter that you can prepare in a quick time. Chilli garlic paneer is prepared by tossing paneer with Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and then sautéed with onions, bell peppers, and tomato.

- 300 grams Paneer, cubes
- 1 Capsicum or Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Red chillies
- 2 Green chilies, chopped
- 8 Garlic pods, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Red chill powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Sprig Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Spring onions
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnish
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, paneer cubes and saute until light golden brown. Remove fried paneer from the pan and keep aside.
Same pan add 1 tbsp of oil and then add chopped garlic, red chillies, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute 2 mins.
Add onion and capsicum cubes to the pan and saute until onions are transparent, then add tomato cubes and saute 2-3mins.
Add garam masala powder and saute until tomato's are light mushy
Add fried paneer cubes and saute 4-5 mins until all masala coats to the paneer.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
